Return Policy

At Furlab Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with our fabrics and materials. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping, freight, and customs fees are non-refundable.

To begin a return, please email info@furlabsupply.com with your order number and clear photos of the unused item(s). Our team will review your request and provide your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) if the return is eligible.


Important – Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any product that has been washed, cut, trimmed, shaved, or altered in any way.
  • Any fabric that has been cut by the customer, even if the color or pile is not what you expected.
  • Products sold as “Clearance,” “Closeouts,” “Drop items,” “Bundled Deals,” or “Samples.”
  • Custom-cut orders, custom dye lots, or other special orders.
  • Sample books, swatch cards, or trial pieces.

Once fabric is cut from the roll for your order, it is considered custom-prepared and cannot be returned.


International Orders

For all international shipments:

  • Customs, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and import taxes are paid by the customer and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • If a package is refused, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs or incorrect address, all related costs will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@furlabsupply.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the issue (including the fabric and any packaging damage).
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose a replacement or a refund. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Important – Color Variation

Fabric colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings, device type, and lighting conditions. Because of this, minor color variation is not considered an incorrect order.

If you need to color-match for a specific project, we strongly recommend ordering samples or swatch cards before purchasing larger quantities.


Return Shipping Address

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return warehouse address and your RMA#. Products sent back without an RMA# or to the wrong address may not be accepted or refunded.


Order Cancellation

Orders canceled before shipping may be charged up to a 4% payment processing fee, depending on the payment provider.

Orders that have already been cut, prepared, or packed for shipment may not be able to be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email info@furlabsupply.com as soon as possible with your order number.
