Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Furlab Supply, we ship faux fur fabrics and fursuit materials to customers around the world. Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
- During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.
- Custom or bulk/wholesale orders may require extra handling time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before checkout.
Processing time does not include transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We ship from our warehouse using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services (options may vary by destination).
- Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your address and the weight/size of your order.
- Express options, such as DHL or FedEx, generally provide faster delivery and better tracking, especially for international and high-value orders.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit time may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, total weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
- For large wholesale or bulk orders, shipping may need to be quoted manually. Please email us at info@furlabsupply.com with your order list and address for a custom quote.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We are happy to ship internationally; however, please note:
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
- We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value for customs purposes.
- If a package is refused, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs, incorrect information, or refusal to cooperate with customs authorities, we cannot refund any shipping fees. Any additional costs and return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from your refund.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address, contact name, and phone number before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to address issues or lack of pickup, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose not to reship, your order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your chosen method).
- Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to refresh.
- For large or oversized orders, items may ship in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers.
7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, strikes, or local delivery issues. We will, however, do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@furlabsupply.com within a reasonable time after the last tracking update. We will help you open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution (refund or replacement) will depend on the carrier’s final claim result.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and any damaged items.
- Contact us at info@furlabsupply.com within 3 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will work with you and the carrier to find a solution. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
8. Changes to This Policy
Furlab Supply reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of the change.
