Custom Color Pricing
Custom colors require a one-time color development process.
- Orders under 3 yards include a $49 custom color development fee.
- The custom color development fee is waived for orders of 3 yards or more in the same color and specification.
- Each different custom color is calculated separately.
You may provide your color reference by mailing us a physical fabric swatch or entering a color code on the product page.
Color Matching Notice
We will make every reasonable effort to match the submitted reference. However, slight differences may occur due to fabric material, texture, pile length, density, dye absorption, lighting, screen settings, and differences between production batches.
A physical fabric swatch generally provides a more reliable reference than a screen-based color code. An exact 100% color match cannot be guaranteed.
Production Time
Custom products require additional development and production time. The estimated production schedule will be confirmed after all specifications and color references have been reviewed.
Production will not begin until the customization details are complete and confirmed.
Important Custom Order Policy
All custom orders are made specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications and are final sale.
Once the order has been confirmed or the color development and production process has started:
- The order cannot be canceled.
- Custom specifications cannot be changed without approval.
- The custom color development fee is non-refundable.
- The product cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No refund will be issued if the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong specifications, or no longer needs the fabric.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the selected color, pile length, thickness, quantity, production time, color-matching limitations, and non-refundable custom-order policy.
