I had ordered multiple furs, but all except one was canceled. I wish that I had been givenan option to cancel the entire order. The one fur I received is blue and not grey. I've tried emailing and DMing on Instagram with no responses.
Customer service never responded, I waited a month and eventually filed a charge back.

Ordered from the US so it took a few weeks before getting here. The material feels like 3D printed material and it doesn’t come with instructions on assembly and no screws. First time ordering and just as others were skeptical like myself, I am pleased with the order. Great job guys!
Great color, soft, and stretchy, but 1 of the pieces was 17 cm on one side and noticably smaller than the other pieces ordered, instead of the 20 cm it was supposed to be. A bit disappointed since I needed specifically 20*20, not 23*17 (which is also a few square cm less but it should be at least 20*20 if that's how its advertised.

Here's a look at the color and texture. Overall assessment: Not much loose fibers, relatively heavy, thick and not prone to shedding, clear fiber direction, the color is a refreshing mint blue, leaning towards blue in normal light, and slightly greenish in low light. Camera colors may have some error; the last picture is the closest to the actual fabric color after color correction, for your reference.

It feels very comfortable and dense; even those with clumsy hands won't shave bald if they're careful! The color is also very accurate.
The wool fabric is lighter and thinner compared to the previous ones, but it feels great to the touch, haha.

Compared to the ice cream-colored ones, the fur is much thicker. I was shaving it in the middle of the night to make the ears. The lotus root pink color is on the inside, but when I was sewing it, I felt like the lotus root pink was on the outside... Why wasn't the thickness specified?
